LEARN
MORE – DO BETTER – CHANGE AHEAD
|

|
Are words that I fully learn since 2008 and give me an
explanation about every question I ask. Also that was my reason why I choose
Human Resource Management in my master degree.
Nobody’s perfect, it because the foundation of human being is
Knowledge. It’s Knowledge that makes people being religious, do their job
professional, getting married, binding in friendship, and everything else.
And that’s why people are difer from one to another. Knowledge is a broad
thing, there are black and white, false and true, good and worse, etc.Thus we
can’t consider that we were knew everything and that’s why we have to Learn
More and more. More we know, it means more faith and believe in what are we
doing with our religion, job, family, and so on, especially in ourself.
Many of us are calculating in what are we doing, is it
compensable or not, or is it risky or not. Everything has it reason,
including love (because some people say that there is no reason in love). The
truth is when we give the greatest effort on something we do, there is a
reward and benefit for us, and that reward and benefit could be useful for
people around, especially for us. It’s because in greatest effort there is a
goodness to make something better or best. We couldn’t know what kind of
reward and benefit we’ll get and when will it come to us. We just know that
the reward and benefit are definitely something value for us. So why should
we do in common??? Why should we give up in laziness??? Lets Do Better and
something value will faced up.
The last is Change Ahead. Changes occur every day, every
minutes, every second, and everytime in our life. Changes could not avoid, so
we have to face it, no matter what it could be. Something that unchange is
Change it self. Many people are afraid in facing change, because they are
afraid to what happen next and do not want to move from their comfort zone.
Actually, changes are always a good thing, so it means something better than
before. Then why there are changes that could make worse??? It was because we
didn’t know how to manage changes. We have to manage it, from what changes
means, how to do that changes, until how to measure the performance of the
changes; so changes could give their good things. So Change Ahead and grow to
the better way.
Finally,
it’s all about Value. People who want to learn more will increase their
knowledge. That Knowledge will help them to Do Better in everything they do.
More Knowledge they have, more better they did in something, and then more
change will facing up and lead to the betterness for themself, people around
or something value.
